Asina is an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed — most of the people we work with. We can't currently take on NDIA (agency) managed plans. We follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission oversees unregistered providers just as it does registered ones — see our governance & quality page.

We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (the official NDIS price guide), so our rates always fit within your plan's funding. You'll see the exact rates for your supports in your service agreement before anything starts.

Yes, you'll need an active NDIS plan with funding for the services you're after. If you're not sure whether you're eligible or how to get started with the NDIS, we're happy to have a chat and point you in the right direction. We can also work with your support coordinator or plan manager to get things moving quickly.

Once we receive a referral and have a chat about your needs, we can usually get services started within a few days. We keep things simple and move fast because we know that when someone needs support, waiting around isn't an option.

Absolutely. We believe the right match between participant and support worker makes all the difference. We involve participants and their families in the hiring process so you have a say in who supports you. Your comfort and connection with your support worker is our top priority.
