Who We Are

Asina Disability is an NDIS provider operating across the New England region of New South Wales. Based in Armidale, we deliver disability support services to NDIS participants and their families.

Our team understands the NDIS from the inside. We work directly with participants every day, navigating the same challenges that every provider faces — from rostering and compliance to invoicing and plan management. What We Do

Asina Disability delivers a range of disability support services including personal care, community access, supported independent living (SIL), and support coordination. We work closely with participants to build meaningful, person-centred support plans that promote independence and wellbeing.

We also built Asina Force — a free, all-in-one NDIS software platform designed for providers like us. It handles scheduling, participant management, invoicing, compliance tracking, staff management, governance, and training. We built it because we couldn't find a tool that did everything we needed without costing a fortune, so we made one and decided to give it to every provider for free.

Asina Disability is proudly based in regional New South Wales, serving NDIS participants across the New England region. While our services are locally focused, Asina Force is available to NDIS providers anywhere in Australia.

Our home base in the New England region. We support participants across Armidale and surrounding areas including Tamworth, Glen Innes, and Inverell.

Why We Built Asina Force

As providers ourselves, we experienced firsthand how expensive and fragmented NDIS software can be. Providers — especially smaller ones — shouldn't have to choose between quality tools and keeping their costs down. The money saved on software is money that can go directly to supporting participants.

Ben founded Asina Disability with a simple belief: that every NDIS participant deserves high-quality, person-centred support — and every provider deserves the tools to deliver it.

With hands-on experience running an NDIS provider in Armidale, Ben saw how much time and money providers were losing to clunky, overpriced software. So he built Asina Force — and made it free for every provider in Australia.
