Our Victorian team is led by Hayley Harris, with experienced Disability Support Practitioners (support workers) who believe in more than the bare minimum.

Our Melbourne team works from the CBD out across Greater Melbourne: the inner north and west, the bayside and south-east, the eastern suburbs and the outer growth areas. Our Disability Support Practitioners come to you, at home, out in the community and everywhere in between. We don't have a street office in Melbourne yet, so the quickest way to reach the team is to call or email Hayley.

Frequently asked

Asina is an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed — most of the people we work with. We can't currently take on NDIA (agency) managed plans. We follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission oversees unregistered providers just as it does registered ones — see our governance & quality page.
We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (the official NDIS price guide), so our rates always fit within your plan's funding. You'll see the exact rates for your supports in your service agreement before anything starts.

Yes, you'll need an active NDIS plan with funding for the services you're after. If you're not sure whether you're eligible or how to get started with the NDIS, we're happy to have a chat and point you in the right direction. We can also work with your support coordinator or plan manager to get things moving quickly.
We support NDIS participants across Greater Melbourne: the CBD and inner suburbs, the inner north (Brunswick, Preston, Northcote), the inner west (Footscray, Yarraville, Sunshine), the bayside and south-east (St Kilda, Brighton, Dandenong), the eastern suburbs (Box Hill, Ringwood) and the outer west and north (Werribee, Melton, Craigieburn). Once we receive a referral and have a chat about your needs, we can usually get services started within a few days. We keep things simple and move fast because we know that when someone needs support, waiting around isn't an option.
Absolutely. We believe the right match between participant and Disability Support Practitioner makes all the difference. We involve participants and their families in the hiring process so you have a say in who supports you. Your comfort and connection with your Disability Support Practitioner is our top priority.
